Landscape Project Manager
Requirements:
- Both verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience/ knowledge of plant material.
- Ability to lift and move 50 lbs
- Planting experience.
- A clean legal history, no drug or alcohol problems.
- A driver’s license.
- Experience driving skid loaders and tractors.
- 2-5 years Landscape and supervisory experience is required
Job description:
This person will be the bridge between the landscape designer, the customer, and the installation crew. In some cases, this person will estimate and present to the customer smaller landscape maintenance projects.
A typical day could include meeting with the designer, sourcing the plant material for a job, helping to load and transport all necessary landscape materials to the job site, making sure the crew foreman understands and executes the designer’s plan and being able to interface with the customer. At the end of the day, recording in detail the crew hours and products used.
This is a full time seasonal job. The work year runs from March to December.
