We make it our goal to deliver quality products to you. As a customer of ours, we hope you are satisfied with your purchase from Quality Gardens. If you are not, we will take in consideration your request for a return or exchange of a product.
Quality Gardens will accept returns and replacements of a product within 30 days of shipping date accompanied by original packing list and receipt. If returned, the refund will be the price of the product at the time of purchase (your shipping charge will not be refunded.) You will pay for the shipping if returned and both ways if replaced. You may return the product to our store location in Valencia, PA to avoid any shipping costs.
All damages that occurred during shipment must be reported to Quality Gardens within one business day. If product was damaged and reported timely you are not required to pay the shipping charges.
After 30 days, we will still accept a return of the product, but you will only receive merchandise credit. If you do not have a packing list you will also only receive merchandise credit.
*Merchandise credit is for current selling price of product.
